The application submission period

Applications can be submitted four times per year.
- The deadlines for submitting applications are 20 February, 20 May, 20 August and 20 November. If the last day for the submission of applications falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the deadline is on the very next working day.
- Applications can be submitted until 23:59. Applications submitted after 24:00 will be considered in the next round.

You can also view the terms and conditions for the specific endowment that you intend to apply to by selecting it from the Endowments drop-down menu above.
Support
that is considered to be de minimis aid or state aid is granted in accordance
with the relevant European Commission regulations and the Estonian Competition
Act. You can check your available balance of de minimis aid in the register
of the Ministry of Finance.
Result of your application
After reviewing all applications, we will let you know whether your application has been successful no later than two months following the deadline for submitting applications.

From where can I find the Enowments logo and how should I use it?
You can find our logo from here. The logo must be used in every event/print etc supported by the endowment. We also suggest you read the guidelines how to use the logo.
How can I make a suggestion for an award?
Candidates for awards can be filed as an application or a letter. It depends on the enowment how the prefer the candidates to be filed, so we suggest you ask from the curator of the endowment.
Creator´s salary
1. The purpose of the Creator’s Salary is to enable a creative person to devote themselves to a specific creative activity or work aimed at creating a work subject to copyright, to receive reasonable remuneration for such work, and to cover taxes prescribed by law.
2.The Creator’s Salary may be applied for by natural persons on their own behalf.
3. A fixed-term contract for services shall be concluded for the payment of the Creator’s Salary.
4. As a general rule, the Creator’s Salary shall be divided by the number of months in the creative period and paid out once per month.
5. The Creator’s Salary may also be paid out over a period shorter than the creative period. In such a case, the endowment shall determine the number of payments, ensuring that one payment is made in each calendar month, and shall determine the period for making the payments. Payments may be allocated to the beginning or end months of the creative period or to a specified period following the completion of the work. The Creator’s Salary may also be allocated for a single month.
6. A recipient of the Creator’s Salary shall be entitled to health insurance if the social tax calculated on the gross amount of the Creator’s Salary allocated for at least one month (i.e. the amount from which income tax and other payments prescribed by law are deducted) is equal to or exceeds the statutory minimum monthly social tax liability. Each year, a new gross amount ensuring health insurance coverage shall be determined on the basis of an agreement between the government and employers. As a general rule, this amount corresponds to the minimum wage of the previous year.
7.
An application for the Creator’s Salary shall include:
– a description of the work to be created;
– a schedule for the creation of the work;
– the applicant’s professional CV, a list of completed works, and/or a web link to the applicant’s portfolio.
