Signing the contract

Contracts are concluded between an authorised representative of the Cultural Endowment and the recipient of support or an authorised/legal representative of the recipient.

There are four types of contracts, which are for:

  • awards
  • scholarships
  • grants
  • targeted grants (report obligation)

The purpose of the contract is to establish the rights and obligations of the parties in using the award, scholarship or grant.

The contract states that the grant recipient has submitted an appropriate application for support from the Cultural Endowment and confirms the correctness of all the data specified in the application. The Cultural Endowment, having reviewed the application and made a decision, sets out the content of that decision in the contract.
